Quality and Project Planning Graduate Programme - 24 Month Graduate Programme

We plan, design, and produce interior surface components using a variety of materials and finishes. Throughout the process, we combine craftsmanship with technology to exacting standards. It is our attention to detail that produces world-class interiors. We are seeking a graduate to join from September 2024.

What will you be doing?

  • Understanding and use of core 7 Tools of Quality.
  • Support identification of process improvement opportunities via various forms of data analysis.
  • Support implementation of process improvements via structured problem-solving activities.
  • Support the implementation of changes throughout the Wood Technology.
  • Support development of quality standards and processes.
  • Support the development and integration of new wood parts, features and processes, utilizing Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) methodology.
  • Support the design, ordering and validation of complex metrology fixtures and checking aids.
  • Preparation and presentation of Quality reports delivered to various levels of the business up to and including Plant Director.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s or integrated Master’s degree, 2:2 or above in an Engineering course.
  • Any knowledge in Wood Technology or similar would be an advantage, however not a requirement.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate within the team.
  • Use your own initiative to take projects and tasks from concept through to a complete and implemented solution.
  • To be eligible for this position you need to have achieved a 2:2 grade or above in your Bachelors or a Pass in your Masters and be able to provide proof of your legal right to work in the UK, if you are not a UK passport holder.
