Assembly Planning - 24 Month Graduate Programme
We enable the assembly teams to continuously improve and sustain their process through our expertise to deliver the utmost product quality, whilst providing validated equipment to facilitate the philosophy of ‘Right first Time’. We are responsible to develop assembly processes, design and purchase equipment and influence future products to meet the requirements to build vehicles meeting cost, quality and volume targets.
What will you be doing?
- Planning and implementation of processes to support clear procedures that are understood and followed.
- Develop opportunities to undertake roles within our Quality, Planning and Manufacturing teams.
- Evaluation of data to identify facts which support improvements, resulting in efficiency, cost or quality improvements.
- Support the business whilst ensuring the relevant key performance indicators (KPI’s) are met.

What we are looking for
- Successfully completed university degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Automotive Engineering studies to a 2:2 standard or higher.
- Excellent language skills in English - language skills in German are an advantage but not necessity.
- Experienced in use of Microsoft Office.
- Self motivated and capable to work under pressure.
- Strong commitment and ability to work in teams and independently.
- Good time and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate, verbally and written, within a team and all levels of the business.
- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, Manufacturing Systems and/or Quality Systems.
- To be eligible for this position you need to have achieved a 2:2 grade or above in your bachelor’s or a Pass in your Masters and be able to provide proof of your legal right to work in the UK, if you are not a UK passport holder.
