Global Client Experience - 24 Month Graduate Programme
The Client experience graduate will spend time working across all three teams within the Global Client Experience department, this will provide a unique opportunity to understand how the team works.
Client Management
The Client Management team look after all Private Office activity, including the Globalisation of the Private Office in our key markets. The team also look after all Coachbuild client activity (this includes prospecting, the client journey and any Coachbuild launches), the Luminary Programme, Enriched Sales and Goodwood Experience.
The Globalisation of the Private Office is the roll out of physical spaces in our key markets. These spaces act as home away from home for our best clients who are hosted in these spaces when they are undertaking one of our Enriches Sales offerings.
Coachbuild is the most exclusive division of Bespoke. It is the freedom to construct almost any body shape our patrons can imagine, constrained only by fundamental design and engineering requirements.
Enriched Sales builds upon a tandem strengths-based approach for selected products where RRMC use its expertise to enhance the prospecting and client commitment. These offerings include Private Commission, Private Collection & Coachbuild.
Luminary Programme represents a unique group of high value clients who demonstrate commitment and passion for our Brand. Through the Luminary Programme we recognise their loyalty by inviting them to exclusive experiences and offering them unique benefits.
Goodwood Experience covers all client visits at Head Office Goodwood. These visits include plant tours, vehicle specification sessions, vehicle presentations and hospitality.
Core supporting projects:
- Supporting the Private Office team in delivering key strategic projects such as the Globalisation of the Private Office and / or Enriched Sales.
- Supporting the Private Office with the planning and hosting of client at Goodwood.
- Support the Luminary Manager with data gathering preparations ahead of Luminary committees and any other Luminary activity / events.
Brand Experience
This team looks after several important marketing initiatives for the business including the global events portfolio and Muse, the Rolls-Royce Arts Programme. The Brand Experience team look after a range of activities that span our internal, dealer and client audiences. Collaboration is key as the team works with many departments across the business to deliver programmes and events. It also includes working with agency partners to deliver live event projects or programmes. Our events can range from engaging with our global dealer network during World Dealer Conference, to delivering a weekend client programme filled with exclusive, money-can’t-buy experiences, all the way through to supporting various requests from across the business.
Core supporting projects:
- Supporting the team in delivering key events across the year which may include World Dealer Conference, Goodwood Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival, product launches, client events, ongoing activities at the Home of Rolls-Royce in Goodwood
- Supporting in delivery of the arts programme, including key events and commissioning programmes
- Supporting on key document creation and management including guest lists, briefings, general project administration.
Client Insights
The Client contact team (CCT), Client Relations and Client Lifetime Value (CLV) functions sit within the Clients Insights team.
The CCT are a first level contact point for our Clients, obtaining direct Client feedback through voice of the customer calls and supporting Clients in resolving any issues they may have.
The Client Relations team are a critical function for intercepting unhappy Clients before issues escalate, minimising the impact on reputational damage as well as the impact of lost Clients.
Client lifetime value is a strategic tool enabling us to know the value of our Clients. By knowing Client value business profitability and Client experience can be steered by targeting Clients in the right way and at the right time.
Core supporting projects
- Supporting the CCT in delivering key strategic projects. For example, investigating Client preferences for communication to optimise the Client experience and generate increases in voice of the customer surveys.
- Supporting the CCT and Client relations to optimise how Client insights are gathered/analysed/documented and share the key trends with global teams.
- Support the CLV manager to analyse trends for CLV engagement activities that have been integrated to compile into the overall findings for optimising Client value growth. Engage with global teams to deliver the findings and support with the steering of CLV engagement activities.

What we are looking for
- Have achieved a minimum of a 2:2 in your bachelor’s degree, or a pass in your master’s studies - preferably in a Business-related field.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office software such as Excel.
- Good organisational and time management skills, coupled with the ability to show high attention to detail in every task.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A creative individual who can think outside the box, willingly contributing ideas to improve and advance our processes.
- To be eligible for this position you need to have achieved a 2:2 grade or above in your Bachelors or a Pass in your Masters and be able to provide proof of your legal right to work in the UK, if you are not a UK passport holder.
