Digitalisation - 24 Month Graduate Programme

We have the opportunity for a confident and eager to learn individual to join our Digitalisation department, within the Sales and Brand division, for a 24-month Graduate Programme. As a Digitalisation Graduate, your primary role would be to support the Digital Team in their endeavour to use data-led insights to digitalise and transform the business, as well as implement customer-centric solutions on a global level.

You would be a key member of the department, given responsibility to support, align, and resolve digital platform and analytics topics for the Digitalisation team throughout the organisation. You will also be responsible for fostering the digital capabilities within our organisation, acting as a strong advocate for change. In addition to your placement within the Digitalisation team, you will have the opportunity to experience two three-month placements in other areas of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, providing you with an opportunity to develop a broad overview of the company. This includes the potential opportunity to work abroad in locations such as Munich and Singapore.

What will you be doing?

  • Client Journey Management – Investigate and propose elements of the optimal client journey, taking the time to understand the drivers of this, as well as enablers of a truly cross-functional and customer-centric approach.
  • Digital Platform Development - Support the team in the delivery of brand and customer requirements into deliverable roadmaps to ensure successful digital platform development in line with business targets.
  • Change agent – As a representative of the department, d guide our stakeholders to ensure the digital capabilities are fully understood by dealers and regional partners.
  • Data Science and Analytics – Provide insights and generate reporting capabilities to steer the business globally and transform RRMC into a data-driven company.
  • CRM – Provide support to key stakeholders by devising basic training communications and supporting in planning and managing roadmap workshshops to generate a long-lasting impact and provide customer insights to drive customer interaction across the journey.
  • Rolls-Royce Connected – Support the team by presenting the roadmap to stakeholders, conceptualising and testing the features to acquire added value for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars.

  • Competitive starting salary of £32, 500 per annum which increases to £34,000 in your second year (subject to satisfactory performance).

What we are looking for

  • Have achieved a minimum of a 2:2 in your bachelor’s degree, or a pass in your master’s studies - preferably in a Business-related field.
  • Collaborative and able to manage numerous business requirements/ stakeholders at one time.
  • Strong analytical mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to sustain relationships in different regions, time zones etc.
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to simplify the complexity of the topic to a broader audience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Sound logical reasoning and analytical skills to effectively assess and communicate metrics.
  • Passionate about the digital landscape with desire for continuous learning and advancement.
  • Team player.
  • To be eligible for this position, you must have achieved a minimum of a 2:2 in your bachelor’s degree, or a pass in your master’s studies, and be able to provide proof of your legal right to work in the UK if you are not a UK passport holder.

Preferred

  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Salesforce experience (Marketing Cloud, Einstein)
