Job description

BAE Systems do offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however it is expected on our Summer Intern Programme you will be required to attend your site 3-4 days per week. Please note, this may be subject to change in line with the needs of the business. The hybrid working arrangements including which days you are required to work on site/remotely will be outlined by your line manager.

On your Summer Internship over the 12 weeks you will be expected to be involved in a number of areas in order to develop a broad understanding of the Finance Services we are involved with. Finance underpins everything we do – so it’s vital that we find and nurture our future talent now. Whilst on the placement you will gain experience in one or more area including: financial accounting and reporting, management accounting and project accounting along with the chance to put theory into practice, learn from colleagues who are experts in their field, and gain insights that can only come from real world experience.

Qualifications

As a minimum requirement you'll need to be on course for achieving a 2:2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance / Economics / Mathematics / Physics or Business related degrees.
