Our LLM International Disputes Law will investigate the international litigation process and alternative forms of dispute resolution such as mediation and arbitration. You’ll explore theoretical and practical opportunities that hold real value in the commercial and non-commercial world.
The programme will provide a strong understanding of international disputes, with a particular focus on the position of the UK as a centre for resolving such disputes. The programme will cover both theoretical and practical perspectives, to enable you to develop the knowledge and skills linked to this field that are in demand with employers around the world.
