Course content

In the past fifteen years, the International Criminal Law and Justice has moved from being a largely-overlooked specialism to a major area of study, and of practical relevance.

Our LLM International Criminal Law and Justice addresses the challenges of internationalised legal problems, regionalised or globalised criminal justice intervention and enforcement.
By undertaking a combination of the modules available on this pathway, you can become uniquely knowledgeable of dynamic, vital and growing aspects of international law theory and practice. This programme is ideal for those seeking a deeper understanding of the increasingly global structures which govern criminal justice as well as the finer issues challenging criminal justice structures
