We recruit, train and promote the mental health workforce, ensuring the right professionals can deliver the right support at the right time. To achieve this we need a thriving mental health workforce.

Our two-year, fully funded programme, trains up to 160 mental health social workers every year. Combining academic learning with on-the-job experience, our trainees make a difference right from the very start of their time with us.

With our programme you could be paid to train as a mental health social worker and support people with mental health needs in your community.
