Our Graduate Program

Our two-year graduate program offers rotations across our technology teams and unique placements in the business. Graduates gain hands-on experience on real projects, mentorship from experts, and exposure to different technical and business areas. This helps graduates determine the right career path matched to their interests and strengths.

We have two tracks - one focused on IT like software development, data, and infrastructure and one focused on all aspects of business leadership. The rotations and placements provide graduates the knowledge, confidence and connections to progress their careers.

Our Apprenticeship Program

Our apprenticeship programs allow you to earn while learning on the job. Apprentices study professional qualifications and receive work-based training in technology, legal, finance, project management and more.

Apprentices gain invaluable hands-on experience, one-on-one support, and exposure across our teams and departments. This enables apprentices to develop the practical skills, knowledge and experience to accelerate their careers. Our apprenticeships range from A-level equivalent to university degree level.
