HR Graduate Scheme

Job description

Finished your degree and ready to turn your people skills into a career? Join the HR Graduate Scheme here at Nestlé and learn to understand the systems and processes in place to support the people working at the world’s largest food and drink manufacturer.

You’ll rotate through three roles across two years, working in a variety of live environments with the support of expert mentors as you discover what it means to work in HR at a multinational company. You might spend time with our Centre of Scale learning the foundations of our systems, and our Centre of Competence working with our Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition or Academy teams, or in one of our factories, gaining valuable experience of working in a unionised environment. It’s about learning to be a HR professional by doing the job for real.

Need to relocate? Talk to us about how we can support you.

What we are looking for

You’ll need a degree, but that can be in any subject and at any grade—what’s most important is you’re 100% committed to the career path you’ve chosen and will give everything you’ve got into your development. That’s how you’ll secure yourself a role that you can progress as far as you want. You will need to have the right to work in the UK that is not time limited and does not require sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route either at the start of the scheme or on completion.
