Finance Apprenticeship

Job description

Finished school or considering a change of career? On our Finance Apprenticeship here at Nestlé, you’ll learn skills like reporting and forecasting that will enable you to have a real impact on the running of a Finance department at a global company and set you up for a career for life. By the end of the scheme, you’ll be a bona fide Finance professional with all the development potential that comes with working for the biggest food and drink manufacturer in the world.

You’ll study towards your Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) qualification and complete your foundational papers while working in a role in one of our core Finance teams, such as Sales Finance or Business Planning & Analysis. You’ll wrap up your Apprenticeship with an assessment, which is your chance to demonstrate the specialist knowledge, skills and behaviours you’ve acquired during your time with us. An Academy Champion (someone who has graduated from the scheme and is now working within Nestlé as a Finance professional) will support you throughout the programme and a coach from your training provider will assist with your learning plan and help keep you on track.

What you'll need

You will need Maths and English Language GCSEs or equivalent at grades 9-4 (A*-C if taken before 2017). You also need business-related A-levels (e.g. Maths/Economics), or equivalent. You will also need to have the right to work in the UK that is not time limited and does not require sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route either at the start of the scheme or on completion.

If you already have a Finance or Economics university degree, then this is not the entry point for you—why not take a look at our Finance Graduate programme?

Need to relocate? Talk to us about how we can support you.
