Graduate Data Analyst

Job description

Experian is a global leader in Data and Analytics. We have access to incredibly rich data that can be packaged and delivered to clients in many different ways. But it's Analytics where we unlock the value in data and use it to help people, businesses and society.

As a Graduate Data Analyst at Experian, you’ll work in one of our business areas and be responsible (under guidance), for data analysis and model development to address a range of business problems. You’ll achieve this by developing your programming skills in commonly used industry wide languages such as Python, R, SQL or Scala in order to extract, manipulate and analyse data, helping to make sense of this data by deriving insights and trends. You may also have the chance to develop modelling skills through the application of predictive modelling techniques.

As you progress, you will broaden your knowledge of our business and increase your understanding of data governance, data operations processes, data intelligence, implementation and standardisation or automation of analytic procedures.

The variety of exciting work is what makes Experian the place to launch your career! Depending on the business area you join, you may also have the opportunity for job rotations.

If you choose to join us, you’ll receive industry training, wide-reaching career opportunities and a wealth of support through our Early Careers Network, buddy, line manager & mentor scheme. You’ll also join onto our 2-year structured Graduate Development Programme, which is packed with workshops, short-courses & online material designed to help kick-start your career.

Our concept is simple. We believe in expanding horizons – it’s what makes Experian a global leader and a Top UK Tech Employer.

Our uniqueness is that we truly celebrate yours.

Experian's culture and people are key differentiators. We take our people agenda very seriously. We focus on what truly matters; DEI, work/life balance, development, authenticity, engagement, collaboration, wellness, reward & recognition, volunteering... the list goes on. We’re an award winning organisation due to our strong people first approach.

Innovation is a critical part of Experian's DNA and practices, and our diverse workforce drives our success. Everyone can succeed at Experian and bring their whole self to work, irrespective of their gender, ethnicity, colour, sexuality, physical ability or age. If you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please let us know at the earliest opportunity.

We look forward to receiving your application.
