Job description
Are you curious, ambitious and looking to join a company that puts its people first and makes a real difference to society?
This role will begin in September 2024.
Our Culture
Our people are encouraged to truly be themselves, with opportunities to learn and grow at your own pace.
We’re known for our staff socials, ranging from regular team lunches, to our celebrated team days away from the office. We understand the importance of downtime and that building relationships with colleagues doesn’t always come from meetings and working on projects.
We have a number of committees, including a wellbeing group who oversee business standards for wellbeing and organise events that offer support to the team for their mental and physical wellbeing. We also have an equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) committee who ensure EDI is at the forefront of planning and decisions.
We’re a friendly team and we’re proud to have built a collaborative and compassionate workplace based on our core values:
- Being human first
- Impartiality and independence
- Making a difference
As one of our Rules of the Game says: be who you are, wear what you want, but be brilliant.
