Tax Technology and Transformation Graduate Programme

Job description

Are you at university and thinking about a career in Tax? Join the Tax Technology and Transformation Graduate Programme and work towards a new qualification while gaining invaluable experience.

What is the Tax Technology and Transformation Graduate Programme?

This is a three-year paid graduate programme where you'll work across various UK & Ireland (UK&I) and Financial Services (FS) tax teams. You'll help companies manage every element of their tax affairs, offering advice and solutions based around cutting-edge technology. You'll also learn more about your strengths, get help and support from experienced colleagues, and earn a qualification.

You will:

  • Make an impact from the very first day, learning technical and soft skills from project management and business analysis skills to stakeholder management and presentation skills
  • Work directly with clients, helping them implement innovative new technologies
  • Build an incredible network of important client relationships
  • Learn on the job alongside other experienced senior colleagues
  • Gain practical experience doing complex client work.

What are the benefits?

This programme will help you discover where a career in Tax Technology and Transformation at EY could take you. As you study, you'll build technical and professional skills to help you progress in your career — and by the time you finish, you'll have the experience and confidence to identify issues, solve them creatively and be ready to share what you've learned with new joiners.

Throughout the programme, you’ll have access to an EY buddy, careers counsellor

and apprenticeship coach to help you settle in — and once you have, you can take part in further training programmes, earning EY Badges for your achievements. You’ll receive a personal fund to spend towards your wellbeing and have access to our healthcare scheme. You can join our networks and communities and pick up new hobbies or sports with friends and colleagues. Furthermore, you can give back to your local community with two volunteering days a year. Enjoy the chance to network, build connections, thrive in our inclusive, dynamic culture, and be valued for your contributions and unique perspectives.

By the end of the programme, you'll gain a qualification in Financial Services – Certificate in Finance, Accounting and Business (CFAB) or a Level 7 Apprenticeship, equivalent to a master's degree, if you join us in one of our offices in England.
