We are now recruiting the next generation of talent to join our 2024 graduate scheme and become some of the future leaders or commercial or technical experts at Gripple, as we plan our next, exciting and ambitious five-year plan.

What is the role?

There are four different scheme pathways available:

  • Technology
  • Commercial
  • People & Culture
  • Operations

We are therefore particularly interested to hear from those with a specialism or interest in the following:

  • Business intelligence/data analytics/IT
  • Business management
  • HR
  • Operations management

Your extensive and flexible 16-month training programme will start in September 2024 and will give you as many options as possible to gather experience, make an impact and add value from day one and will include:

  • extended orientation and induction period
  • rotations and project work around key business areas, tailored to your specific pathway, but designed to push you out of your comfort zone
  • mentoring from our Learning & Development team, plus an additional, high level professional mentor from another business area
  • graduate team charity challenge
  • networking opportunities outside the business
  • international travel to one of our global sites

What we are looking for

We welcome applications from students graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in 2024 (or within the last two years), ideally with an achieved or predicted first class or upper second class honours. You must also be able to offer:

  • A’ levels or equivalent at grades A-B (preferable)
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Entrepreneurship
  • Display of a broad range of extra-curricular activities, e.g. sports clubs, societies, volunteering, part-time work
  • Sense of humour, confidence and resilience
  • A logical and realistic approach to business
  • Self-motivation and drive to make the graduate scheme work for you
  • Hunger to succeed and deliver results
